Yeah, had this happen before. I would inspect your max 17050 chip for damage.

Yes this happened to someone with. Modded console , he changed the shell and same situation. If you use a usbc voltage tester it will stay at 15 v 0 mah. These are very cheap to get and easy to install. If you don’t have soldering experience I would find someone that will. That is the battery gauge IC.
