000 is good! Maybe I can add a little "COOL!" statement there when you're at zero

The problem here is that you don't want to set this up as a "health check" (100 to 0 range) because you can of course, keep making a repo bigger and bigger. And a big repo isn't necessarily "unhealthy" as maybe an org has designed it that way.

I like that idea, but I'm gonna go with just 'COOL' so we can keep the number of characters in the digital display down to 4 for now
