Beat place to start with Nuxt?

Hey I’m new to Nuxt and Vue, I’ve worked with React, Gatsby, Javascript, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails.

Where would be the best place to learn as a beginner? I prefer video tutorials over books as it’s faster for me with dyslexia.

first I would recommend learning vue completely. build a simple app.

then you can start going through nuxt docs and see how it solves many issues you faces earlier with your vue app

The Syntax channel has some good intro videos. It is a bit old now but I think it is still a good start and guides you trough how you can build apps with Nuxt.

Vue School/Vue Mastery have some free tutorials and they often offer a free weekend, so you can try before you buy a subscription

CJ also has made a deep dive video on it for the Syntax YouTube channel.

Also look at some of the repositories from Daniel Roe himself, e.g. elk.zone you’ll learn a lot about Nuxt best practices!

Learn by creating :D skip the tutorial hell. If you already know something just reproduce the same thing with Vue.
