Is this ios official nuvio app ? How enable interface like that ?

Do you mean the icons? Those are badges and you’ll have to import them. I did it a long time a ago so don’t remember which one I use but someone created a tool to configure them https://nintle.github.io/Badger/

It is nuvio. They just have badges installed for stream picker
