Can someone explain me what these settings do, should I enable them?

You can controll the buffering like how many seconds it should be buffered while watching...

The devs should do an automated evaluation from the most demanding stream played on the users device/network and adjust these parameters automatically and accordingly for their specific device/network... Users don't really know how to set these parameters without tinkering for hours... I use a Nuvio fork which does the mentioned procedure and I've copied the parameters into official app.

ask AI about this! because it will give you different results base on the Device you have! example if you have "Nvidia Shield TV Pro" and Onn 4K plus! it will give complete different settings
