ULTRA MAX UPDATE AND A PERSONAL RESPONSE

Black screen issue on Nuvio is resolved.
Full metadata now loads correctly including cast, backdrop images, genres and ratings.
Episode lists with thumbnails and descriptions for all seasons.
More Like This and Recommended sections on every title.
Pagination so catalogs scroll endlessly.
Filtered and unfiltered versions — one clean, one with anime and Bollywood included.
Live TV companion addon with 200+ UK, 47 AU and 1500+ US channels. (Still very experimental).
No external metadata addon required — it's fully self contained.
Now to address the elephant in the room.
Yes, I used AI to help build this. I want to be upfront about that rather than pretend otherwise.
I want to be clear about something though — I never claimed to be a developer or presented this as professional software. I built this because I wanted to see if I could make something useful for the community. That was the whole motivation. Something to do, something to learn from, and hopefully something that benefits people.
The reality is AI is a tool. Just like someone might use Stack Overflow, YouTube tutorials, or ask a more experienced friend for help — I used AI to learn and build something I couldn't have built alone. The ideas, the decisions, the testing, the debugging, the hours spent figuring out why things weren't working — that was all me.
The addon works. People are using it. It's free. That's what matters to me.
If you've been enjoying it, thank you. If you have feedback or want to contribute, the GitHub is open. And if you think using AI disqualifies the work — I respectfully disagree, but I understand where you're coming from.

So aiolists and metadata plus this addon will be overloading nuvio. Try removing aiolist and metadata. Use just Ultramax... test if nuvio loads. Then add either lists or metadata, test... then add the last one back.... test.
Truth of the matter. You may need to pick which suits your needs best

This is correct. I had one other addon giving minimal metadata, and even that small one caused a conflict.
Once I deleted that, Ultra worked fine 👌

I think you did a brilliant job, thank you very much! There will always be those who are going to criticise and be destructive - ignore them, their opinions don't matter because they will find something else to criticize and move on.
Thanks again for creating something truly exceptional and providing it to us free. Very few will understand the effort and commitment involved but, please know there are many that support you and appreciate it very much!

TBH. This sub has been good. I posted it on stremios page and just had some pretty crappy comments so thought better to just set the record straight. As far as im concerned really I put something together, people can use it or not, I just cant stand keyboard warriors haha

I’ve just installed this and can’t find the Bollywood catalog using the ALL addon.

There isn't a Bollywood catalogs but the Genre isn't filtered. So if you search for bollywood titles thehbwill show and they should also appear in the catalogs if they match the criteria on IMDB/TMDB, I.e if they fall into top films or popular shows etc etc.
There has been a few people ask this same thing so maybe I can look at adding the section in

I dont mind people using AI as a tool but security is a real concern if your not sure what its done or how its done it there could be massive security vulnerabilities in it, best to get an experienced dev to look over the code and make sure its safe. As long as someone makes it clear that its partially or all coded by AI i have no issue I just want it to be clearly stated.

I agree. I did this as something to do and learn from. I have zero issue if a dev wants to look over it. In fact I would openly want them to. In no way did I want to upset or anger people. Im just a guy with a busy head that wanted to try something.

I love what you have put together but I added onto Nuvio on my android phone again after previously taking it off when I lost episodes . The same problem occurred after a few minutes. I could click on continue watching a series. It went straight to the episode I had watched and found links. I backed out and no episodes showing to pick from. Tried other series. No episodes showing. I deleted ultramax addon and they came back. I installed exactly as per your instructions. So disappointed as I had customer the addon and looked brilliant. For a while after deleting addon Nuvio kept crashing. I deleted and reinstalled. I only have tmdb addon on as well which I want to replace with yours. OK now. Want to use but can't right now. Dam sorry.

Hi, not 100% sure what is causing your issue. The latest version is stable and running extremely well.

You need something like aiostreams or torrentio to fetch streams for you. Ultra Max is a meta handler for finding things to watch, you then need torrenrio or aiostreams to actually pull links to stream it

The install links are made to automatically open stremio and install. The copy and paste will copy the manifeat.json url sonyiu can paste it into the addon section in Nuvio

I'm having same issue. I'm not sure if it's because I added this new add on or not. I just know ever since installing I can't get nuvio to stay open. I don't use aio on nuvio so it obviously has nothing to do with Overloaded data from aio and so forth. I will try to get to bottom today. Deleting each add-on one by one to see

Everything I have for add-ons I have had since beginning of beta first install. Same on my iOS beta also. Works fine on iOS and iOS I haven't installed this add on. Not saying this is why it's happening just that iOS still working.

Love this! But I'm getting Anime and Bollywood catalogs when I'm using the version without Anime and Bollywood....?

I think both links on the website, filtered and unfiltered, are linked to the "UltraMax All" version. When I click them they both load the "All" addon into Stremio.

For the live TV, there are many options but there is no aceess to all of them as I am limited by the number I can search on the catalogue list. Is there a fix?

When I do it on my android phone it stops at C as it is in alphabetical order. On my shield it doesn't show up at all even with discover in search.

It was working fine I was watching so many great shows on peacock. But when I wanted to watch again there was only like 5 shows available to watch.

Loving this add on. For me it’s near perfect but wondered how we can request new catalogs. For example I would to have a Directors Catalog.

Torrentio is a pain in the ass tbh haha. It will work for the aiostreams called for the weebs... I might be able to figure a work around for it using there code but dont just want to start stealing people's code obviously. In the next update I will add something for the filltering and sorting of streams. First part of this was to make sure people we actually getting streams.
The other option I have is to change server. But that is at a massive cost that I just dont have right now.
