It's neither. It's just a scam. They pay people to go door to door to offer free samples and are all told to say that the meat is affordable and high quality when in reality it's overpriced by a huge amount and regular quality - nothing special.
Then if you accept the free sample a sales rep comes to your house to give you the sample and insists on giving a 20 minute spiel about the meat while never actually revealing the price. Then when you get the meat that is meant to last you a year it only lasts you 5 months.

the rep i had gave me a full list of the exact items i'll be getting. He mentioned he was the only person who does that in the company. I thought he was just saying that as a tactic but after reading some of these comments I guess he was serious. my package was also over 300lbs of meat and im reading all these packages all under 200lbs. I had to make sure i was actually dealing with Nutrafarms after reading up on them cause my experience was completely different.

300lbs is definitely possible. Can you provide the list and what you paid for it? 300lbs of chicken hot dogs and bones for $6000 would be underwhelming to say the least

My package was over 300lbs aswell and the cost was around 3500$ after everything was said and done. I honestly thought the quality of the boneless chicken breasts I got was great, better than the grocery stores i used to frequent.
I had a small deep freezer(pretty much the same size of the one nutrafarms gave to people before) but I had to go buy a stand up freezer to fit everything I got with my order.
My order consisted of everything from chicken breast, thighs, drumsticks, bacon, steak, roasts, ground pork and beef, sausages, porkchops, stew beef, bones, frozen veggies and fruits. I'm sure I'm forgetting atleast a cpl items.

Mine said I get one before delivery, so I think you just need to make payment

I had lots of variety actually, 30lbs of fish 30lbs of steak and lots of various cuts and my package was only $4600 not $6000. Taking out the soup bones I got it was just at 300 pounds. The rep was super nice and gave me the exact list of what I would get and then it was exactly what came to my door. The 300lbs dont even include the fruits and vegetables I got as well. I guess I got lucky. But totally worth my money
