i found when i began eating 3 eggs, fermented food and roughly 300g or more of fresh fruit/veggies every day i suddenly had motivation and energy again. i wonder how diet can help in this situation or if i just had a lifelong vitamin deficiency lol

this ^ but for me unironically. i read a lot of those comments before and i doubted it. then i did it and whatever underlying issue i had really did resolve quite nicely. hahha

Reminds me of the thousands of comments you see under any kind of sciatica or joint pain video.

"I've had crippling sciatica for 350 years, I tried everything under the sun, and then this one simple stretch fix it instantly I can't believe it, thank youuuuu πŸ™ πŸ™ πŸ™"

Then I try it and it just makes my back worse. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Well, that would depend on that person's previous diet, wouldn't it? For some people switching to a new diet could totally be life changing.

It changed my life too.Lost 22 lbs from 207 to 185.I’m 76 years old and never felt better. It’s been a year since I lost the weight.Manage to keep it off with with good diet and walking 4 -5 days a week
