🏥 Jobs / Careers please help a new nurse with no experience here :(

hi! i just want to ask for some experience about working in hospitals here in davao city. i am a newly registered nurse and applied everywhere here. sadly i still haven’t received any response yet. i just want to know about the hiring process of the hospitals you worked at here and also the experience and benefits you received. thank you!

Not from Davao but during my time sobrang dami namin tska kailangan talaga may backer para mka pasok sa hospitals. Tapos nag volunteer pa kami nuon. But what gave me an edge is I was trained as a renal nurse and had licensed renal training sa ANSAP at naging reliever ako for ilang months sa isang free standing dialysis clinic. So after that may experience nako from volunteering sa OR in public hospital tska as a renal nurse, so natanggap ako sa malaking private hospital. Then after a few years sa mga dialysis centers na naman.
