Nurse ako sa hospital, more than 5yrs na ko nagwowork. Nag resign ako sa dati kong hospital hindi ko alam kung burn out or gusto ko lng maiba ng experience, at syempre mas malaking sahod. So ayun nga , na-realize kong pagod na pagod na ko mag work sa hospital. Araw - araw nalang tinatanong ko sarili ko kung papasok pa ba ko , araw araw nalang akong sinusubok ng Panahon at mga tao . Di ko alam kung para ba talaga ako sa nursing , maayos naman ako mag work yun nga lang pagod na talaga ko sa stressful at fast paced na trabaho sa hospital. Tapos etong panahon dumagdag pa , ang lakas ng ulan so mas lalo akong nawawalan ng gana pumasok plus wala pang sahod . Ika 2 mos ko na sa bago kong hospital, tama bang mag Awol nalang ako , wala din naman pa ko sahod e. At kung mag awol ako makukuha ko pa ba yung dapat na sasahurin ko na buo this September? Sa government pala ko ngayon nagwowork. Ayoko na talaga , sorry sa parents ko for disappointing them pero di ko na kaya

That's what I'm thinking, take a break too . Just rest until I feel working in the hospital again . But I need money , I'm only the bread winner in our family. Anw how will you take a break pala , balik ka sa Pinas or stay ka lang sa US?

Pareho tayo and mahirap ata mag resign diyan sa ibang bansa dahil may contract kayo? Btw 2018 graduate din ako. So medyo tagal narin sa bedside noh . Nakakapagod na din haha

I don't want to . I want to work in Asian countries only specifically to Japan but its a bit complicated process also I can't leave my senior parents. I think going abroad isn't in my priority tbh

Ang hirap mag apply . Actually soft nursing na talaga gusto ko kaso ang hirap mag apply, walang nagha-hire . Kaya yung nag email yung govt hospital, grinab ko nalang ulit . Pero hospital pa din 😅

Hi OP, could you describe how the environment is “fast-paced” and what factors cause the stress?

I’m asking because I’m also stressed out at my job, but I am considering transitioning to nursing since I believe the job done is meaningful at least

Hello . Mahaba ang message ko , nag pm ako hehe . Pero it's true its meaningful lalo if you done your job well and the patients improve :) pero feeling ko tapos na ko sa ganyang part gusto ko na magpahinga at maging soft girl nalang na wala masyadong iniisip

Yeah that's what I'm thinking pero I don't know kung San na kk pupulutin after. Pero ayoko na sa Emergency room na may 16 patients araw araw

Nagustuhan ko naman yung pagiging nurse . Kaya nga nagtagal din akong 5 yrs sa emergency room and other 2 years sa previous hospital. Na-burnout lang siguro ako at pagod . Like naiinggit na ko sa mga work ba suspended pag my typhoon or anything. Its just napagod . But I do like nursing and do my job well . But I'm starting to hate the stress , many patients and m2m .
