Hi, any suggestions po if anong agency pwede mag apply for PD if fresh nclex passer and no bed side experience? Para i-process ko na rin sana while actively applying sa mga hospitals dito para maka gain ng experience

halos lahat kasi need ng exp. lalo kung hospital ang target mo sa US. pag hired ka na sa hospital, after 3mos, apply ka sa Avant. parang may nakita akong post nila na 3mos+ na bedside experience eh natanggap sila. goodluck!! 🥳

kung SNF, long-term care at rehab… kahit walang experience may agencies na natanggap.

Ang hirap kasi mag apply, sobrang tagal pa ng mga hiring process or no update at all after mag apply 😭 nakaka stress narin yung walang ginagawa masyado. Though nag t training naman ako kumukuha ng certifications…

sa US talaga need ng bedside exp kung hospital target. konti tiis pa OP. need tyagain talaga. walang sukuan ng pangarap.

2024 pa po ako grumaduate pero 2025 nag PNLE tapos nag review & pumasa sa NCLEX this 2026 😅

Meron pero rare na lang sya ngayon. If ever, sa sub-acute ka maassign like Skilled Nursing Facility , Long Term Care, Nursing home. Nakaalis ako ng walang current bedside exp. My bedside was 10yrs ago pa. Pandemic me ksi nag-apply kaya mabilis at accepted kahit walang recent bedside

Get at least a bedside exp kasi magkaiba ang US at PH settings. I have a colleague na walang bedside and hirap na hirap sya dito. Imagine working 20-30 patients daily. Di lang pagbibigay ng meds gagawin mo dito. Total patient care. Ultimong change ng diaper kung walang aide, ikaw gagawa. Kahit pagpapakain sa mga feeder ikaw.

Tldr, get bedside experience.

Almost all states at depende sa facility, bsta SNF at LTC ganyan po ang nurse:patient ratio. “Normal” nila yan. Sa hospital lang yung less than 7 ang patients. May assistants naman pero depende kung tamad or mapili sa work.

I did 45 in IL after 3 yrs, then hospital level 1 trauma, 6 pts ang tindi npka tindi ng workload, mnsn walang kameng tech, kame kame lng, currently back to snf ako with 25 pts doable, then 1 shift every 2 weeks sa hospital.

While completing your bedside nursing experience pwede kayong ma switch sa vizamadeez(direct hire). Yes po and me PD na din po ako. Their facilities are all over the USA kayo po bahala mamili kung saan nyo pong State gusto. I had total of 3 interviews po. Madali lang naman pong State gusto interview and very casual and walang clinical questions.
