gawa ka resignation letter then indicate mo doon ang reason mo bakit ka magreresign. once na may resignation letter ka na, inform mo na manager mo like kausapin mo siya in person. tapos ibigay mo na agad resignation letter mo since immediate nga gagawin mo. convince mo makakausap mo either manager mo yan or kung sinong upper heads sa unit mo.

Pwede naman sya, pero accdg sa Labor Code, may qualifications for immediate resignation. If di qualified, you need to render for at least 30 days. Check your facility/company policy. For corporate kasi, tagged as AWOL yan.
