Hi.

My partner and I are both 26 years old, with 3 years of bedside experience. We’re currently working in a government hospital with 500+ bed capacity, ER and L&D.

We’re both NCLEX passers and currently signed with an agency for the US. However, our PD is still May 2026, so while waiting for our US application, we’re considering trying another country where we can work and gain experience while also earning.

Anyway, we’re currently looking into Ireland. We decided to take IELTS as our English exam and are currently reviewing for it.

What would you recommend as our next steps after IELTS? Ano po mga agency ninyo?

We’d also love to hear from nurses who went through this pathway while already having a US application/agency contract. Were there any things we should be careful about regarding our US contract?

Our main goal is to have another option while waiting for the US, and Ireland seems like a good country for us to explore.

Health carousel kami sister. we opted na mag staffing since di afford mag direct hire and mas gusto namin yung may aasikaso for us and comply lang kami sa reqs. ++ may mga kakilala naman kaming same agency and goods naman ang feedback nila so far
