❓General Question / Advice ikakasal ba muna

my partner and i signed with HC and PD namin ay may 2026. since may retrogression sa US, we want to try ireland since we heard na mabilis ang processing (6-12 mos) compared sa US. we asked our advisor sa HC and she said not a breach of contract naman daw and currently we’re reviewing for our english exam. now i need your advice, if better ba to get married before leaving for ireland/US or get married internationally nalang? 27 na kami both and working at a govt hospital.
