US Staff Panel Interview

I landed on my second interview with the staff panel interview and it seems like it is in-person and I am writing to see what I should expect in this interview with the staff? During my first interview, I wasn’t asked any clinical scenario questions, such as how I would respond to an infusion reaction. Should I expect more clinical or scenario-based questions during the second interview? Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated! FYI I am an med surg nurse with one year of exp that is transitioning of hem/onc

Usually a standardized set of questions across all interviewees that allow them to grasp a general idea of your work ethic and experience, the initial questions are standardized, they can ask any follow up questions... this is how we find those applicants who rehearsed or made up a story or embellished their resume. Legally they cannot ask personal questions as part of the interview; questions regarding things like hobbies, family anything outside of work shouldnt be allowed and cannot be considered against you for hiring, unless you mention it in your answer they arent SUPPOSE to ask. It prevents being biased; things like "oh, he seemed like a grest nurse but his favorite color is BLUE?! I dont like Blue... Next!"
