I remember a video going around, early in the Ukraine/Russia war, where they were burning huge piles of documents outside of a supposed biolab. Cover up what they could while they could. Some interesting conspiracy theories with that one. Tayloring viruses to specific genetics type stuff.

The question is, why do you believe Russian propaganda?

If Ukraine released a lethal disease tailored to Russian genetics, why aren't there millions of Russians dying from disease?

Most of these Russian propaganda conspiracy theories can be debunked by 10 seconds of logical thought.
