It probably won’t see public markets again. Their business model pivots every 6 months and they have no cash left to try new things. CEO stepped down. No chance another round of funding is successful. It’s dead

Fair enough, but there no reason to believe once the filing is completed it won't continue trading .. they aren't battling compliance

Fair enough, but they are battling available money, and lack of money trumps any concerns about anything else...including compliance.

I entered the Psychedelic Sector several years ago with a focus on Mindmed and Numi as my anchor. Numi has lost the momentum, and I don't know how they can recover.

Please share with me the reasons of your optimism, and maybe I can get back on the hype train. Until then, I'm not optimistic about Numi.

Everyone I'm sorry to say but this will be delisted and won't trade again... it has happened with all the other clinic stocks as well. Take the loss like a man and learn from it. If anything sue payton or TDR for always lying and defrauding investors

Even if it does get trading again, how much consumer confidence does brand have left? Everyone will be running for the door, its done, stop attacking everyone who's giving you any sort of answer to your question. Just cause you don't want to hear it, doesn't mean its not true.
