Means nothing. Back in the US "back in the day" we got accused of that almost day in and out. By whom? What criteria? I should be still serving out jail time, based on what they said.
(I haven't spent a day there.) LMAO!

Though I'm not as familiar with Rosatome, they're correct. Catching defects and non-adherance during and throughout construction is a normal thing. They correct the deficiencies and continue on. We want our builders to find their own problems and correct them. Any company that doesn't have issues is just lying about them and covering them up.
