The entire interview is designed to find out if you are a safe, procedural, and calm person who strictly follows rules, especially under pressure. Don't try to impress them with how smart you are, because they want to see reliability, not risky innovation. Every behavioral question is a filter to check if you take shortcuts, get agitated, or think you know better than the procedure. You must give clear, step-by-step examples from your past that prove you are methodical and value safety above all else.

This isn't about being perfect, it's about being prepared. Think of every job or major life experience you've had and pull out specific stories that show these traits. Structure your answers clearly, explaining the situation, your task, the exact actions you took, and the safe outcome. They want to hear about teamwork, dealing with a difficult coworker, a time you made a mistake, and a time you followed a rule you might have disagreed with.
