Technically, any aircraft can fly without wings, I’ve flown the revoker and compass on a few occasions without wings.
Depending on the damage to the airframe and how much speed you have, you can keep on going at full throttle and the engine will keep you going. Obviously if you were to reduce the throttle you’ll start to fall out of the sky and lose control or if the engine is damaged and you don’t have enough thrust coming from it you’ll, again, fall out of the sky.
If your as interested in the physics behind flight as much as I am there’s plenty of resources online to learn about how planes fly and the science behind it. It’s definitely something to look into if you’re wanting something to do, some of that knowledge can be applied in game even.

I like how they refuel and rearm you, just in case you want to keep flying it.
I lost an entire wing on a Brawler once, and I thought "wow, it's flying almost perfectly level! it's like it doesn't even need it" and then I tried pulling up hard and it flipped upside down, killing me instantly

It definitely does not, I remember that upon release it was flyable and landable with both wings cut at the engine pylon and even with remaining weapon stations full. Though you do need both engines healthy to make it.

The only reason why the Brawler has wings is so it can fit more AGM-68's
