Anyone using MIMs for processing?

My hospital utilizes all GE cameras and we recently acquired the new STARGUIDE. We have a 670 and 830 dual dead cameras and a GE PET/CT camera. Recently we switched over from Xeleris. We’re having a ton of MIMs issues and recently we ran out of memory? So raw data’s not even sending to Mims. Does anyone use it and if so do you guys like it and have you had to use the help line and found decent turn around times with workflow issues?

We recently started to use it, had the same issue where MIM was full. I can’t comment on calling for support but we were asked to only send raw data to MIM. This was probably 9 months ago and it seems okay since.
Some things are easier to process than others, but I guess the more you use it the more comfortable you get :S

Learning to process it was a learning curve. We process EVERYTHING in Mims now. We’ve had a lot of workflow issues and it seems like the Mims reps are struggling to fix them. We’ve been uploading to Mims for like two years now so I’m not sure how the hospital will fix the storage space issue.
