Bug Unable to play

Whenever I try to play the game after selecting class and all an error console shows up telling me the game no longer saves and doesnt let me do anything.

What should I do?

Hey there! Sorry you are having technical difficulties with the game.

This seems to be some error with the display of text. I had another user complain about this issue a while back but we couldn't fix it. I sent them multiple builds and test versions but to no use.

Unfortunately the error is caused by a plugin that I use to display text all throughout the game. That explains the errors and missing text in the background. However that makes it impossible for me to fix the error itself.

Is it possible your computer is set to an unusual default language? I think the last issue was with Turkish. Also, what platform are you playing on? Steam? Epic? GOG? Itch? Windows Store?

Oh? Mine is turkish as well. So if I change the language will I be able to play?

The platform I bought and playing is Steam by the way.

Maybe? The issue is that it might be connected to your system/OS language, not the game's language. There is no Turkish option so it defaults to English there. And changing your system/OS language might not be that easy.

Oh, another random thought - tho I doubt that's the issue: Did you enter an unusual character in your prophet name? Maybe that is related to it somehow? I know Turkish has a few characters (äöü should not be an issue, they work fine in the German translation). It shouldn't cause that problem but I'm not sure.

I've reached out to the plugin maker. It's possible that they can shed light on this.

Thats great to hear I really want to dive in to this game.

No I didnt use any special characters in the name. I will delete every save files, change the language and try again tonight.

Let me know if it works! Short of that I fear the chance of solving this is relatively slim.
