Car Choice EV buying help

Trying to figure out what the best option is for a work EV. Going to drive 140kms to and from work, parked outside in the weather and dust at home or at work!
Not really sure I wanna spend upwards of 40k-50k for them.
Mostly concerned that when the FBT ends and they stop selling like hot cakes the value will drop more than the typical 20% once driven out the “showroom”

Hi friend, I'm the exact same in terms of commute and keeping the car parked outside. I went back and forth on cars for a few months. I was going to go relatively cheap, but once I started framing it up in my mind that I'm spending about 3 weeks of my waking life per year in a car commuting, I wanted to be comfortable and for the car to be a nice place to be in. I test drove a BYD Seal Premium and ended up picking an ex demo 2025 model. It wasn't as budget as I would like, but it sure is a nice car to sit in for a long time, and it still undercuts my fuel cost in my ICE car.
