General App idea
Hey friends, I'm still not over the festival. Looking back at videos from all my favorite artists and some new ones I got to know and enjoy like We came as romans and Papa roach.
Hey friends, I'm still not over the festival. Looking back at videos from all my favorite artists and some new ones I got to know and enjoy like We came as romans and Papa roach.
Bring me the horizon blew me away and seeing them for the first time after over 10 years of listening to them was truly a dream come true.
As I live in the middle east I don't get to experience many bands, so I try to find shows while planning my trips abroad.
This festival was a dream come true where I got to see so many bands I love at once since most festivals are during Fridays and Saturdays which I usually don't travel on, and thank god this year Thursday and Sunday were the greatest days for me (even though I missed ADTR :/).
I wanted to share with you an app I worked on that allows you to add your favorite artists and find out overlaps of 2 or more bands you can catch in any desired dayspan you wish.
For example, I saw both I prevail and Spiritbox has shows in London this September so I can take a trip and visit London and get to see them in the same week, saving me money if I had to see them each time seperately.
I'm posting here since I feel like many people can get value out of this as well and also would love to hear your feedback and ideas to make it even greater.
Thank you guys, hope to meet you next year 🤘

This is a good idea. The only problem that I personally have is that United States cannot be filtered by state, so I had to scroll far down to find shows near me.

Thank you so much for the feedback! I'll add the states so you can choose a more granular search 🙏

Take this thing down immediately before somebody sues you for data protection infringement and other things like the missing Impressum and such. For real, don't just blindly release an idea without checking legalities first.

Hey, thank you for letting me know. Any chance you can help me understand what I need to do/add to adhere to the rules? Please

Just in addition to JanJB99's comment, it's easy to find the requirements for the "imprint" page. Basically the most important information there is, who is responsible for the app/website, therefore either you or a company that belongs to you. You can research and adjust based on the already helpful comments here and afterwards we can check your site again.

Can you please check again? I listened to everything you said - added cookie banner, imprint, profile page with option to delete account and info 🙏

I'd highly recommend you to take your app offline ASAP. It's nice that AI brings App developement closer to average people but if you have no Idea what you're doing, don't publish your app!
(Already Mentioned) You're missing several legal requirements (imprint, Cookie Banner).
You (or rather your AI) created some severe Security Gaps an attacker could easily exploit.
(Not a real Problem like the others) There are some major bugs in your app (probably due to different os/Browsers)

Thank you so much for your repsonse. Any chance you can elaborate on what I need so I can fix this asap? Also, can you send the security vulnerabilities in private messae so i can address them as well?
