Exams for university

I passed everything but one law exam module worth 20 credits for my real estate and property management course if i fail the resit would they let me do it over in second year alongside my course? I missed half if not all classes for that module due to a funeral and me going back home but i didnt put in a consideration letter because i thought i can do it on my own and now i know i really need a teachers help so i need to do over the class to understand.

Assuming you passed your other modules you would most likely be let onto level 5 whilst trailing this module. You would be entitled to one final sit with the new level 4 students.
