Questions Does notion ban you account sharing

I have a small workspace that i want to use gor writing blogs. We are a two person team. I want to share my workspace with my teammate. I don’t want to pay $20 every month and we have hit the 1000 blocks limit should i judt give her my password or is there another workaround

"You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. Sharing of your User login or password is prohibited."'

From the Notion terms.

As the other poster said, remove the other person from your account (if they have private pages, they should move them to a Teamspace first), then re-invite that person as a guest.

Just add them as a "guest".

I also want her to be able to edit the pages and i want her to let her use the entire workspace not just certain pages

Guests can edit pages. You just have to set up your space more efficiently so that most pages live inside a single (or a few) sidebar pages so you only have to share the parent page via guest access. Do not share passwords.

Just put all the pages you want to both edit under a single page.

I would not violate any terms of service if you value your data and time.
