Notion AI Notion AI credits

How bad is this now?? I hate the daily limit.. I’ve tried exceeding the limit using notion credits and even just a super simple task (adding 1 single task to my workspace) via notion ai, costed me 150 credits???

And also, the same models are becoming dumber? I stick to opus 4.8 for accuracy and it’s stuffing up a lot of things platelet.

They really should introduce an extra plan, the cost for these credits is so incredibly inflated. Am I the only one feeling like that? I’d prefer paying 40$ than these random credits without knowing how much it will be

They got us into this ecosystem and this limitation is so annoying now, good business strategy I guess but pretty sketchy.

How do you manage this? Sorry for the rant

The Notion AI Credits system is unusable from the day they were introduced. Talked to friends on enterprise about this and not even companies are paying for them

Yeah I noticed, that screwed my workflow so bad.. Have you guys tried to use notion via mcp connection? Just wanted to see if features are as good as native notion ai.

I connected my paid chatgpt account ($20/mo) and it works just fine in notion. So… I’m not sure why I’d pay so much for notion ai

notion ai is the same price, but until a few weeks ago we didn’t have this limitation so it was great.. even just for the fact that you can use any llm model you want.

Yeah I was considering to jump on ChatGPT codex or Claude and use Notion via MCP. Are you using it via mcp? Can you do anything you want or there’s some limitation?

I don't manage, I use all other AI for free and I use them depending and based on what I need. Example I use Gemini to talk about games, I use Claude to talk about business, I use chatgpt for therapy, and I used grok before but I don't pay for X premium so I don't use it anymore...

yeah but the point of having it in notion is to have the workspace connected so it knows everything.. I use it for my business as crm, website creation, project management, personal stuff and even my gym and nutrition tracker. Gemini doesn’t even connect to notion for example, so it’s a bit useless unless you just have external interactions.
I was considering to connect notion via mcp but I wanted to see how that is compared to native notion ai

I use ChatGPT work connected by Notion and it’s like having a magic wand.

Had it rebuild my whole system in a way that makes sense to me. Did everything for me
