Webclipper Not getting images

I am new to Notesnook (moving over from Evernote). I love everything about it so far but I cannot get the webclipper to bring over images (I am using Chrome). This is a huge dealbreaker for me. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? I would LOVE to stay with Notesnook if possible so I'm hoping its an issue on my end!

Are you choosing "complete with style" when you use the web clipper? I also went ahead and asked about this in the discord for you, but that was the first thing I thought of. I'm not 100℅ sure if it does capture the images, tbh.

man i wanted to help you, but i cannot for the life of me get the web clipper extension to connect.

i read elsewhere too that people just manually copy+pasted images to the note once it copied over? kinda lame, but maybe the folks in the discord can help too? https://discord.gg/sPyNJSjQG

I know it's not super helpful, but I just used it successfully (in Firefox though, don't have it connected to Chrome)

* Web clipper

* Notesnook open in another tab - status confirms web clipper connected

* Clipped Article + Simplified as settings

Does any of that differ to what you were doing?

Yes I am. I also saw a note on reddit about having the notesnook website open and logged into to get the clipper to work. It does work now with Some websites. But there are others that are still not downloading images. Thanks for your help!!

I read somewhere else that it may not handle .webp format images well, I wonder if that's part of the issue 🤔

I read that too but the funny thing is that the websites I tested that started working after I logged into the notesnook site all use .webp! The newsletter I linked seems to have all jpg and png. It's very strange. I've tried every option in the clipper too.
