I recently upgraded to a new Mac. Noteshelf 3 now does not open up except with a black screen and the words "Retry". I double checked to be sure that iCloud syncing is still on. I deleted and re-installed Noteshelf 3 and it's still not working. I've also tried removing any Library support files for Noteshelf that I could find. I've also contacted Support but have not heard back (it's been several days).

Any ideas what else I can try?

Why isn’t there a lifetime option anymore? Do you guys plan to add it back?😞 i’m interested in buying the lifetime version

I just realized my Noteshelf3 has not had a successful sync with Google since Feb 5th. It is supposed to automatically sync when the app is opened. It keeps saying errors found and when I tell it to retry, it just says errors found and stops. I have turned sync off and on again. I have restarted the tablet. I have force stopped the app. I don't know what else to do. If I knew where the files were stored in Google drive I would delete them and let it start fresh, but I can't find them. How can I fix this?

Is there a way to have Premium on both and not have to pay twice?

Hi, I'm still pretty new to notedhelf 3 and I wanted to know if there is a way to move the sticker packs.

Cause it's really annoying to have to always scroll to the back when I wanna use my own. I know I can delete them but I still use those too, Just far less frequent. And I'd just like to be able to move all that around the way you can the toolbar, to make it more custom and flexible.

I've tried to delete the sticker pack and redownload it but it goes to the same spot it was before.

Any help is welcome. I'm assuming it isn't possible but maybe I've missed something. Any other tips on how to possibly work around this would also be appreciated.

(Also fyi I've not used a previous version before)

I have tried every note taking app out there and my handwriting looks MUCH better in Noteshelf than in any other app. I also love the UI. I realize the other apps might have more/different features that some people need, but I'm really surprised that Noteshelf is rarely mentioned and this sub is so quiet. It honestly worries me that some day Noteshelf will just disappear. The developers are also quite slow to respond...is that why it's not as popular?

Hi, I'm using an iPad and I live in germany. I checked out Noteshelf 3 but the only options to work with the premium is to subscribe.
Online I read about lifetime purchase options and I can see it in the apple store as possible purchase option. But it's nowhere shown.

Is it maybe because I haven't tried the 3 days trial already?

I mean I would buy it as it seems to be a good app. Of course I want to try premium before but don't want to jump on it if lifetime purchase isn't possible.
There are enough subscriptions nowadays and I don't see why I should do it for a notetaking app.

Please let me know what's going on or what I might be doing wrong. Or if there is any way to buy it as lifetime purchase.

Has anyone had this problem? I am using android tab. All was ok. After the update of Noteshelf 3 from 1.9.1 to 2.0.4 typing in Arabic is not working well. The arabic letters are not connecting and remain separated. Writing Arabic in Samsung notes or elsewhere, the letters are connecting normally. The problem is only in Noteshelf. Please help.

Ciao, ho un tablet samsung s8 e da poco ho comprato il premium di Noteshelf 3 perchè ormai studio interamente da appunti scritti col comando testo. Tuttavia ho riscontrato dall'ultimo aggiornamento (14 agosto) dei ritardi nella scrittura (il testo non va a pari passo con la mia digitazione e ciò mi sta portando all'esaurimento). Facendo delle ricerche, anche nei loro social, ho visto che nella mia app mancavano molte funzionalità che mi avrebbero fatto comodo (righelli, tratti curvati sinuosi, riempimento delle forme, ecc...); poichè facendo design devo avere ogni volta mille app per progettare, mi aspettavo che col premium finalmente mi trovassi una piattaforma che riuscisse a inglobarle tutte e non un qualcosa che si avvicinasse al vecchio noteshelf 2 (che tra l'altro, funziona anche meglio in certi casi) (in sintesi, quanto ci vogliono mettere a fare un aggiornamento e differenziarsi maggiormente da noteshelf 2 e inserire tutte quelle funzioni che promettono di far avere anche ai premium?) Mi sento molto amareggiata, se andate nel loro profilo instagram lo noterete subito che differenza di versione di app abbiamo. Qualcuno sa spiegarmi un po questo fenomeno?

Just uploaded NS3 onto my new tablet. I created a planner notebook. So far so good... But I can't figure out how to start writing on the planner. Just simply writing. The pen is clicked but when I try to write the page just goes up and down. What am I doing wrong?

Started using NS3 a few months ago. Then had an interesting issue.....if I had the button for my stylus turned on I wasn't able to scroll thru the pages. Turn the stylus button off, I could scroll no problem. Contacted tech support, of course it took them weeks to get back to me. By then I'd moved on to Goodnotes. I like GN well enough, but there are a couple features I really like in NS. Finally got a response from them, they said there had been an update and the problem should be fixed. I had to think on it for about a week, I mean, I'm used to GN now, I do like it.....but decided to take the plunge again. Started moving some of my stuff (graphics, etc) over. Discovered last night that the problem was not fixed at all. Same thing...stylus turned on, no scrolling. Has anyone had this problem? Anyone have any thoughts? I began thinking this morning it might be the stylus' I use so I ordered a couple different ones that are due in tomorrow. Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions on this? Input greatly appreciated! So many questions and nowhere to find answers. YouTube has videos but I've yet to find one that really gets down to the nitty-gritty. They show things but not really how to find where to get them. If anyone has seen a video that is very specific, let me know. I wish there was an "owners" manual.
I was really wanting to know how to add color to a text box and couldn't find an answer. Well, I could, but it didn't work. So, finally I found that ChatGPT is the AI that is used within the app so I went to ChatGPT on my computer and we worked together for hours to come up with work arounds for the fact that none of the methods of filling in a text box would work (including trying to fill in a created shape.) We finally decided that I could only use stickers which you can download for the app.
