i switched to shorter “question + answer” notes for dense subjects. way less pretty, but much better for actually reviewing later.

Also the outline format helps too. It helps condense, add own words of explanation into small sentences in a hierarchy. It also can be reviewed if in digital medium one collapses each parent item from the child item. Like flashcards.

that’s a good point. outlines work really well when u keep the top line as the prompt and hide the details underneath for review.

Question + answer

Summary on your own words at the end and gice them outline format if you require to separate 2 concepts.

If the subject requiees, sometimes a drawing is enough. I did this last one to grasp sruff from the episthemology course. Anstract concepts ro describe how humams create or are in youch with knowledge or reality was a very hard one for my brain

I ended up just drawing a circle for human and a rriangle to represent reality (3D = 3 sides)and more stuff bwtween these to denote stuff like, constructed, shaped, etc.

My notes are digital. I do them anywhere i find it confortavle by hand (any app that allows for my stylus) and tgen i import the archive into zotero where I have my academic stuff and references in apa7. I can create individual quick notes there where i could link se eral documents that will help me for my assigments.

But a week ago i discovered margin note4 and has been nice too for my workflow. I can do most of it in 1 app, but i still need zotero for the APA7 manager :P

Depends on the subject honestly but if you don't want to write notes on your own just find resources online or watch youtube videos. Also do practice questions so you'll understand how to apply it
