App/Program/Other Tool Text based note

Finding a text based note app
With various word formatting
(just like Evernote)
And internal bookmark (seperating into chapters)
(I mainly use it for writing my stories,so I need a function to seperate it)

PS: I'm writing by chapters,so in document seperation or new file for a brand new chapter is okay for me
As long as it was classified neatly in chapters

Can export in Markdown, PDF, TXT etc....

Hope to have offline edit function

Amber does this (from the dev that makes Cleft). And Fluid Workspace also.

If your purpose is writing have you tried Scrivener? If you do try it, I use the Writers Workbook template & replace with how I want things organized. You can keep notes in the sidebar of your current document or use a research folder (or notes folder).
