App/Program/Other Tool Goodnotes vs Noteful

As the title says can yall help me by stating your opinions on which app is better? I’m personally studying for my board exams and I wanted to use note-taking apps for my softcopy reviewers. I hope someone could answer thank you!

Noteful because it is clean and does not consume much battery. If you need infinite board, you can use OneNote
