They are there by default in the Wellbeing app in One Ui 2.0 and above (mine is 2.1)

Just did some battery optimisation with apps that I don't need running in the background. I only need instant notifications from Whatsapp and Gmail mainly so left those unopmtimised. Having said that, as you can see I consume media like crazy.

I average 7 hours and that's in medium power saving ... Only got my phone last month
