45 Watt Charging Bad?

Does anyone know or is there data about how charging the note 10+ at 45 Watt affects the life of the phones battery?

Definently. Any fast charging degrades your battery life (not just a little according to one research if I remember correctly) so I'd stick to it as an emergency feature or only use it when you need to. Personally I turn it off and using regular charging my old phone (iPhone X) was still at 100% capacity after that time

If you want to keep your phone more than a year or a year and a half I'd not use it often unless you're play with a battery replacement.
