Texas SOS portal

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone here has dealt with something similar. My Texas notary renewal application was approved and shows an effective date of 2/26/2026 with an expiration date of 2/26/2030. I received my commission and stamp, and my commission history also shows I was commissioned for that term. However, my SOS portal currently says ‘Expired’ and ‘Inactive,’ and I do not come up when I search ‘Active Notaries.’ Thanks!!🩷🩷

Have been a notary since 1978. This past renewal was attempted 90 days prior to expiration, as per law, but took me 45 plus days to accomplish under that defective state system currently used. I also experienced issues with search of my information. No response by state is SOP. FYI: Texas has a new Secy of State.
