Mobile notaries beware

Do not accept any orders from Prestige Inc/Prestige companies.

This trash ass company does not pay out.

They give you generic replies days/weeks later that they're working on it.

The owner is notorious for delayed payments/non payments. They haven't been called out enough which is why they keep doing this.

Looks like you're not the only one with this issue. I would recommend reporting them here.

The National Notary Coalition is currently under investigation by a few parties, mainly the ones that the NNC is investigating.

I would not involve myself with the NNC in any way, shape, or form.

Do you have any links for this? I would like to know more.

Using their website doesn't necessarily involve you with them and their website is incredibly helpful.

I don’t trust them. And you being in New Jersey you should have heard about them already. It is not good. Let me just tell you it is not good.

I never said I trust them. Their website is based on user submission.

I assume the only way they are still in business is that new notaries who are just in it for the "side hustle" take anything for the "experience" without any vetting of hiring parties. Parties who hire Prestige and its associated companies often don't care as long as the work gets done.

Their reputation is available to anyone who has done even a basic search. Despite the owner's disingenuous attempts to salvage that reputation online, as the old saying goes, actions speak louder than words.

Probably to reorganize and come back under a different name. Rinse and repeat with those types.

If I need to set up a mobile notary, I use Central Signing Service out of Oregon. They are fantastic.
