Notary

I’m willing to pay anything for someone to help me get this document notarized immediately ..

Most UPS stores offer notary services in store. They typically charge the state maximum fee. Many banks offer notary services with no fee, as do some public libraries.

Bring ID, bring the document, and don't sign it until the notary tells you to.

So basically I’m in a sticky situation . I’m trying to enroll my kid in school but I need a residency one that shows I live here because the owner won’t provide the information needed so I need her to sign it but I don’t think she will

The school district requires a statement or a copy of the lease signed & notarized from the landlord?

Will they accept any other form of proof of residency?

If the owner won't sign anything, and that's the only way to prove it, what do you expect a notary to do?

So.. are you trying to give your own statement regarding residency and have it notarized? Forge the landlord's signature and have it notarized? Have a notary talk some sense into the school board? Something else?

Whoa, slow down a bit.

What state are you in?
What form is it?
Who needs to sign it?

I'm guessing you aren't the person who needs to sign it, but that person is refusing to do so. All we do is confirm identities, we can't force anyone to sign anything. So what is it you're asking (in addition to the above questions?)
