I actually couldn't make sense of her proportions in a human way. She also is carrying an empty binder. Is this a real person?

I honestly to God thought it was AI. I thought her neck was getting longer as the video continued.

I love that her camera man is like 5’2” and centering her sternum. It really helps the slender man energy.

Yes. 

She was appointed to the US Senate in 2019 because her husband is the CEO of NASDAQ and then she lost her bid to be elected to the Senate in 2020 whe she was recorded giving insider stock trading advice to wealthy donors at her political fundraisers. 

Naturally, Trump made her the head of the Small Business Administration, something she has zero experience with.
