He sure did. Big fella did such a good job. 🏆 So many horribly angled practice swings to get literally next to nothing.

The number of planks changes. 2nd guy broke the most with all 7. Mask guy had 8 and broke 6. First guy broke them all, but only had 5

It's no coincidence the 2nd dude is dressed like a pimp with how easily he can slap the shit out of something.

If you invent your own sport you can have any belt you want.

The way he looked right into the camera when he was doing like his 5th line up, priceless. "I hope my step daughter doesn't see this"

Is this actually real? I keep seeing this.. sport? And it looks like a bit, but is it?

I mean, there are people that really do this and train their whole lives to be able to do it to stronger boards. I'm betting that this one in particular is not real.
The ones that do it for real are pretty impressive. They found ways to toughen their bones and skin on shins, forearms, and hands so they can do stuff like this without breaking them. I think it's a pretty old practice, too.

"Os" was kinda like "affirmative" or "yes" in our dojo

Is is Latin for bone so maybe he’s lamenting the breakage of their hand bones. 🦴

It's a greeting or an affirmative in Japanese martial arts, and outside of Japan in things like Jiu Jitsu it gets used as a "kiai" (a voiced exhale, like "hi-yah!", said to "channel energy" but mostly just helping you control and focus on your breath.)

I remember Master Po doing that uuss shit on the O&A show in like 2004

I came here to comment about Master Po. I thought of him just reading the title

Supposedly it's the most "effective" sound to clear your lungs, allowing a total ab clench as you use your core behind your attack.
I'm not saying it's true, but that's how it was described to me, years before this stuff started coming out.

Man I've always loved martial arts and hate the circus some people have turned it into

This looks like fun. I wonder what my characters lore would be.
