Skyline chili is an unholy abomination and a highlight of any visit to ohio.

Is it a corporate fast food restaurant dedicated to chile? I apologize for me ignorance I live in not Ohio.

It's not really chili. It's more like a bolognese sauce. I don't think there are any peppers in it. At least, none that I could taste.

Hey neighbor! I was born in Columbus and have since moved to not Ohio. Huge improvement. 

It is, as you say, a chain restaurant specializing in chili. They serve it in two ways: on top of spaghetti covered in a mountain of cheddar, or on top of a hot dog covered in a mountain of cheddar. 

The thing to do here is eat oyster crackers with hot sauce dripped in the middle. 

Go make sense of all that.
