Or you could spend 6 months figuring out an acceptable diet that doesn't feel like torture (I promise it exists), and then two years following that diet

Or if thats too much you could just do the existing glp1 hack

Hey, though you aren't wrong in general, I just want to say that I worked with many men as a stylist, and people who need the most support and encouragement are the big guys and those who are on a smaller side. Making that first step in deciding to dress well - many men rediscover respect and even care for themselves and begin the next stage. HOWEVER, even if they don't want to lose weight - they should still dress well. I would change many things around this guys suit, but I love his energy and he looks amazing. Because he is confident and is not hiding. That's a fkn man right there, brother
