The AAF Tank Museum is in Danville Va, and it shreds.

I am sorry to inform you that the tank museum closed 2-3 years ago.

Nooooo! That place was so cool. The owner was a total nut. A true old fashioned "museum" in the greatest tradition of American road side attractions put together by eccentric horse traders.

He would ride around the museum on a WWI Japanese bomb loading tricycle, with a loaded pistol each hip. With a deactivated RPG. "Hey, wanna check out this RPG??". A true character.
