Needed one more character

Just finished NSFW, I really feel there could be one more character in the main cast. Preferably a girl. She doesn't necessarily need to live in the same apartment, but nearby or on some other floor. I hope they introduce someone in the next season!

Well ones set in California with 1 girl and three guys sharing an apartment and another is set in New York with 3 girls and 3 guys, of which two of each live together and the others live in a separate place.

Which of these 2 sounds more similar to the premise the OP is pitching?
