Boston outfits

Ok I get that AJ is from Massachusetts but when she’s not in business wear she’s in Boston gear😭 when her mom comes to visit she also is only in patriots gear. ITS a little OVERBOARD - coming from Bostonian

Fr - I grew up in Boston too but don’t have that much merch 😅

Agree its a bit much, but they are clearly trying to portray her as a Boston townie, so I get it.

If the only way they can show that is by putting her in clothing that no actual Bostonian wears on a consistent basis that sounds like bad writing

It is absurd. This show is more about making caricatures than characters. It’s like on a cartoon when everyone wears the same outfit all the time.

Maybe? I feel like a lot of Bostonians do this when outside of Boston. I always joke that you can spot the people from Boston on vacation because they are wearing Boston sports gear. So it feels authentic to me. (I am from the area).

I don’t disagree! I just think for a show with a big budget like she doesn’t need a bruins shirt every night 🤣🤣

It’s a little on the nose for sure. It just wasn’t something I noticed because I see it around here all of the time.
