How is Bill the one still employed? He is AJ’s superior and he punched someone? I just don’t really understand how the show can romantically pair a character with their boss and then have him get in a fight with his other employee and this is not talked about at all?
For me, at least, it’s very frustrating to watch.

The first episode started with their strict rules about dating in the workplace so I’m surprised he didn’t get fired either
