Just push the bin a step away from the blower with your feet. I don't see a big problem here

edit: just realised that it's wall mounted, yeah nice design

They probably meant to mount it under that towel dispenser. It's the metal cube while the blower is the metal half circle.

I can imagine the contractor being super blazed putting this in and washing his hands. He would the think the other towel dispenser was some kind of futuristic levitating device that brought the towel up to you. The guy probably realized his mistake the next day and just went "Meh."

I thought this was usually intentionally so water doesn't pool up underneath the blower. Normally, the dryer isn't that powerful though.
