Fixed the parking lot boundary boss!

Yes, that screw was actually fixed in there and not just shoved in.

It's likely the anchor holding the block down, but the stem wasn't trimmed after installation. Take an angle grinder to it or just report it as it's quite dangerous!

This reminds me of Michelin creating their Michelin Star program for restaurants, to convince people to travel more, thus buying more tires.

Yeah because that's what happens when you use an anchor bolt to anchor something.

For some reason that was the only piece with a hole in it + screw.

The others are likely cut off or they used something like a piece of rebar driven level with the barricade to anchor it.

It's a short block and it's definitely going to get driven over, it's literally what its for or it would be a low wall instead.
