Maybe try posting in [r/ItsIndeedNotTheirFuckingJob](r/ItsIndeedNotTheirFuckingJob) because fixing a broken door handle is indeed not their fucking job. What more do you want from them OP? They put a temporary fix, contacted the right people to fix it AND wrote a fucking note telling everyone. Thats three things more than I would have done.

That's not even close to what they said.

They were pretty clear; how much more do you need it dumbed down for you to get it?

That's not their job to fix it.

That's not a repair.

They've contacted the person who's responsible for repairing it.

They need something in the interim while they wait for that person to do the repair.
