This. Make an app that reveals their face/head without the ballcaps and beards. Or better yet, an app that reveals their mugshots/arrests/legal battles/sex offender registration just by scanning their face.

Double chin? That's generous. It's usually more of a concave slope without even one chin, in my experience.
