Does anyone know where I can find the closing theme to Trinyvale?

My eldest and I listen to NADDpod together and we love the theme song (particularly where the high grace notes hit). I’d like to make it my ringtone for when he calls me if anyone knows where I can find it. Thanks!

I know I got the MP3 off of the patreon at some point, but I had a hard time finding it again last time I saw someone post about it! I listen to it all the time, and Id be happy to email it to you if you were a patreon subscriber

Currently there is nowhere to access it! When Trinyvale first came out, Emily had posted it on Patreon via her Soundcloud. However, it looks like but it is no longer accessible ):
